Help Me Grow Alaska is Growing!
Help Me Grow Alaska, a program of the All Alaska Pediatric Partnership, is hiring for two new positions.
Be a part of an exciting new system that helps the State and communities leverage existing resources to identify vulnerable children, link families to community-based services, and empower families to support their children’s healthy development.
Help Me Grow Program Objectives
- Support the implementation of the Help Me Grow National model in Alaska.
- Promote developmental surveillance and screening to increase early identification and linkage to services for families with children – Coordinate efforts around community and family outreach and engagement.
- Build the network – Identify and develop relationships with community partners to support their implementation of outreach activities.
- Identify gaps and barriers – Assist in the collection of data to document resource needs & improve appropriate utilization of community resources. Facilitate quality improvement for client services through case planning support with care coordinators and through service standard reviews.
Outreach Coordinator: This full-time position is responsible for coordinating outreach, and local community engagement, and educating providers with current and prospective community partners both in Anchorage and around the State.
Wage range: $50,000 – $60,000 per year.

Resource Coordinator: This part-time position supports Help Me Grow Alaska and its community partners by maintaining a robust directory of resources and researching ways to support families being served by the Help Me Grow Alaska Call Center.
Wage range: $19.23 – $24.04 per hour.
